Frank Overbeek has received the Master CREIA Inspector (MCI) designation which is the highest rating that can be obtained through the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). This designation is only given to those inspectors that have obtained many hours of additional training and have been tested for knowledge above the already high standards set for the members of CREIA. Each report prepared by a MCI will bear the inspector's seal representing the best quality inspection for your investment.

Frank Overbeek has met the requirements be become a member of the nationally recognized inspection association, ASHI the American Society of Home Inspectors.

Frank Overbeek received classroom and field training by the nationally recognized home inspection school Inspection Training Associates (ITA) in

1993 and has been inspecting full time since then. He continues to get over 30 hours continuing education per year by attending monthly CREIA chapter meetings and yearly CREIA and or ASHI conferences on the latest topics relating to home inspections and defects.
